From Rock Bottom to Rising Strong: My Real Fitness Journey

You don’t have to start over, you’re just starting from experienc

We all start with high hopes — setting goals, buying gear, downloading apps, telling ourselves, “This time, it’s different.”
That was me.
I began my diet and workout plan full of energy. I saw changes in my body and mood. Everything felt right, and my goal finally seemed within reach.
But then… I slipped.
Old habits crept back in. I stopped working out. I ate whatever, whenever. I hated the scale. Worst of all — I felt like I failed myself.

I stayed in that dark space for a while. Quiet. Frustrated. Disappointed.

But then one day, something clicked.

I told myself: “Falling doesn’t mean failure. Staying down does.”

So I got up.

Not with the same pressure or perfectionism, but with grace. I set smaller goals. Celebrated tiny wins. I started moving my body again — not out of punishment, but love.

Today, I’m closer than ever to my goal. Not just physically, but mentally.

I’ve grown stronger, more forgiving, more proud of the woman I’m becoming.

To anyone who’s been there: falling is part of the process.

Just don’t stay down. Get up — and come back stronger.
